HOW DO WE TREAT?

We use a range of techniques in order to reduce pain, decrease symtoms associated with neck pain and improve range of movement. 

Techniques used will be determined folllowing a consultaion, and will be dicussed with you in full detail prior to commencement of treatment. Please see our 'Your Visit' section for more information.

We use a range of chiropractic techniques including:

• Diversified manipulation/mobilisation of the neck and upper back.

• Sacro-occipital techniques

• Activator, which is a technique chiropractors use in order to improve movement of the neck 

• Kinesiotaping

• Deep tissue massage techniques

• Dry needling

We will look through the factors that may be causing neck pain, such as posture and sleeping patterns. Depending on the problem we will give you a series of exrcises that you can do at home.
